SaviCoin does not collect or store your original fingerprint data, Face ID templates, or other biometric templates maintained by your device’s operating system.

Users may submit a request to delete their SaviCoin account through the account management features available within the SaviCoin App.

Account deletion is permanent and is not the same as temporarily suspending, freezing, or deactivating an account.

Upon receiving a valid account deletion request and completing the necessary identity verification, we will, in accordance with applicable laws:

• Delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required to be retained;

• Discontinue providing Services through the deleted account;

• Restrict access to information that must be retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and apply appropriate protective measures.

Due to legal and regulatory obligations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (“AML”), taxation, transaction record retention, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements, certain KYC records, transaction records, and compliance-related information may be retained for the period required by applicable law after your account has been deleted.

Where we are legally required to retain certain information, such information will only be processed for the purposes of complying with applicable legal, regulatory, security, or compliance obligations.
