The platform reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke trader qualifications without bearing any responsibility for the review results.
Article 2 Trader Code of Conduct
Traders shall conduct copy trading in a fair, transparent, prudent, and compliant manner and strictly abide by the following behavioral norms:

The following promotional expressions are prohibited:
• "Guaranteed profit without loss"
• "Principal-protected returns"
• "Guaranteed profit"
• "Risk-free copy trading"
• "High returns with low risk"
• Other statements that may mislead users
Trader historical returns, win rates, rankings, and other data represent past performance only and do not constitute future profit guarantees.
2. Adherence to Prudent Trading Principles
Traders should adopt reasonable and cautious trading strategies, emphasize risk control, and should not blindly pursue high returns or attract followers through extreme trading methods.
Traders should avoid:
• Excessively frequent trading;
• Heavy positions without reasonable basis;
• Continuously adding positions to average down risks;
• Blindly chasing rises or selling during high volatility markets;
• Trading behaviors that clearly exceed normal risk tolerance.
3. Strict Prohibition of High-Risk Speculative Behavior
Traders must not engage in copy trading through obviously unreasonable high leverage, high-frequency heavy positions, extreme betting, or similar methods.
If the platform considers that a trader’s behavior may cause uncontrollable risks to followers, it has the right to take measures such as risk warnings, restricting copy trading, reducing display weight, or revoking trader qualifications.

• Other information that the platform considers may divert traffic off-site.
5. Prohibition of Malicious Manipulation and Violations in Copy Trading
Traders must not disrupt platform order or harm user rights by any means, including but not limited to:
• Using multiple accounts for copy trading or following;
• Hedging trades through related accounts;
• Malicious wash trading, transaction churning, or fabricating false performance;

If abnormal behavior is detected, the platform has the right to take measures such as restricting new positions, suspending copy trading, hiding display, canceling profit sharing, freezing accounts, or revoking trader qualifications according to the risk level.
Article 3 Trader Levels and Profit Sharing Mechanism
The SaviCoin platform adopts a transparent trader level system. Traders of different levels enjoy different profit-sharing ratios based on their account equity conditions.
Trader Level Account Equity Requirement (USDT) Profit Sharing Ratio

| Elite | ≥ 1500 | 15% |
| Master | ≥ 2000 | 18% |
| Star | ≥ 2500 | 20% |

2. If the account equity falls below the corresponding level requirement, the trader level and profit-sharing ratio may be adjusted accordingly;
3. The platform reserves the right to comprehensively manage display weight and copy trading qualifications based on trader risk performance, trading quality, user feedback, and operational rules;

Trading fees and trader profit-sharing rules are independent of each other. The platform may adjust related fees based on operational needs.
2. Profit Sharing Source
Trader profit sharing comes from the profitable portion of followers who meet platform rules, with specific calculation methods subject to the platform system’s actual settlement rules.
If followers do not generate profits or related trades do not meet profit-sharing conditions, traders may not receive profit sharing.
3. Profit Sharing Settlement Method
Trader profit sharing is usually settled daily, with the following specific rules:
1. Profit sharing will be counted during the daily system settlement time;
2. If the trader account has open orders, profit sharing settlement may be postponed to the next day or after relevant positions are fully closed;
3. Settled profit sharing will be automatically credited to the trader’s account;
4. Credited profit sharing can be used for trading, withdrawal, or other supported purposes according to platform rules.
4. Profit Sharing Adjustment and Deduction
If the platform discovers traders engaging in illegal trading, fake copy trading, malicious manipulation, abnormal transaction churning, user inducement, or other violations of platform rules, the platform has the right to cancel related profit-sharing qualifications and recover or freeze the illegally obtained profits.
5. Rule Adjustments
SaviCoin reserves the right to adjust trading fees, trader levels, profit-sharing ratios, and settlement rules according to market conditions, business development, risk control, and compliance requirements, and will notify users through platform announcements and internal notifications.
