Dear Users,
Hello!
SaviCoin official users have discovered that criminals are impersonating SaviCoin official staff, customer service representatives, community administrators, and even forging chat records, official announcements, and identity information of official personnel. They lure users into joining unofficial groups, downloading unknown software, transferring money, or providing account information to carry out fraudulent activities.
To protect the accounts and assets of our users, SaviCoin solemnly reminds all users to raise their awareness of fraud prevention, be vigilant against various scams, and avoid unnecessary financial losses.
1. Common Fraud Methods
Recent fraudulent activities include but are not limited to:
• Impersonating SaviCoin official customer service, administrators, or staff to proactively contact users;
• Forging official chat records, work IDs, or customer service screenshots to gain users' trust;
• Inducing users to take action under the pretexts of "claiming rewards," "account anomalies," "account upgrades," "assisting withdrawals," or "risk control reviews";
• Inviting users to join non-official groups on WeChat, QQ, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.;
• Inducing users to download unofficial apps, log in to fake websites, or click on unknown links;
• Requesting sensitive information such as account passwords, SMS verification codes, Google Authenticator codes, private keys, or mnemonic phrases;
• Demanding users transfer money to specified accounts, recharge, or pay so-called "security deposits," "unfreezing fees," "authentication fees," and other charges.
2. Special Reminders
Please keep the following points in mind:
• Any person claiming to be SaviCoin official staff who proactively invites you to join WeChat, QQ, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other non-official groups is not acting on behalf of SaviCoin. Please do not trust them.
• SaviCoin official staff will never proactively ask users for account passwords, SMS verification codes, Google Authenticator codes, private keys, mnemonic phrases, or any other sensitive information.
• Any request for you to transfer funds to private accounts or unfamiliar wallet addresses is suspected fraud.
• Do not easily trust any information, screenshots, or chat records from unknown sources. If you have doubts, please verify immediately through official channels.
If you encounter any suspected impersonation of SaviCoin official personnel or suspected fraud, please stop communication immediately and contact us through the SaviCoin App online customer service or official customer service email to report it. We will verify promptly and take appropriate measures.
