How to Complete Real-Name Authentication on SaviCoin

1. Access the Real-Name Authentication Page

1. After logging into your account, go to the Personal Center.
2. Click on Personal Information to enter the authentication page.
3. Click on Live Authentication.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your real personal information: surname and given name.

Friendly Reminder

Real-name authentication supports choosing either ID card verification or passport verification.

Please ensure that the submitted document information is authentic and valid, with key details such as document number and name clearly visible. The uploaded document photos must be complete, clear, and unobstructed, without any modifications or edits, to ensure consistency with the real document information.

2. Enable Permissions

When performing real-name authentication, please enable your phone’s camera and photo album permissions in advance. Otherwise, the system will not be able to access the camera or upload functions, preventing you from proceeding to the next step of authentication.

If the system prompts for permission, please click Allow this time.

3. Upload Documents

Please place the portrait area of your document fully within the recognition frame, ensuring the photo is clear and visible. The system will automatically recognize the information.

If you cannot take a photo directly, you can also click on the Photo Album in the lower left corner of the page to select a saved document photo for upload.

4. Confirm Information

After document recognition is complete, the system will automatically pop up an information confirmation box.

Please carefully verify the personal information recognized by the system. After confirming that the name, document number, and other details are correct, click Confirm Correct to proceed to the next step of authentication.

5. Facial Recognition

Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete facial recognition. Position your face within the recognition frame, maintain adequate lighting and clear facial visibility, complete the actions prompted by the system, and wait for the recognition to finish.

6. Authentication Failure

If the real-name authentication fails, you can check the failure reason and specific prompts on the page. Follow the instructions to make corrections and resubmit the authentication.

7. Authentication Complete

After completing the above steps, the system will submit your information for review. Once approved, the real-name authentication will be complete.
