SaviCoin Recharge Not Credited

1. Pending Network Confirmations

Once your recharge amount meets the platform's minimum recharge requirement, the system will automatically credit your account after the blockchain network confirmations reach the required number. Since different cryptocurrencies and networks have different block confirmation mechanisms, the time for funds to arrive may vary. Please be patient.

Please note:

• Each cryptocurrency has a different network confirmation requirement;

• During blockchain network congestion, the arrival time may be delayed;

• You can check the current recharge progress and confirmation status through a block explorer.

Assets will only be officially credited to your account once the network confirmation count meets the platform's requirements.

2. Recharge of Unsupported Coins or Incorrect Networks

The recharge page only displays the coins and corresponding recharge networks currently supported by SaviCoin. You can visit the [Recharge/Withdrawal Status] page to view the coins and network information supported by the platform.

Please be sure to confirm:

• Whether the recharge coin is an asset supported by the platform;

• Whether the recharge network matches the network supported by the platform;

• Whether the withdrawal platform and recharge platform networks fully match.

If you recharge via a network not supported by the platform, or recharge an unsupported coin, it may result in the assets not being credited, and in severe cases, the assets may be unrecoverable. Please carefully verify the coin and network information before recharging to avoid unnecessary asset loss.

3. Recharge Amount Below Minimum

To ensure proper processing of on-chain recharges and account security, the platform sets a minimum recharge amount for different coins. The specific minimum recharge amount can be viewed on the recharge page.

If your recharge amount is below the platform’s specified minimum recharge amount, the system will not be able to automatically recognize the deposit, which may result in the assets not being properly credited.

Please note:

• Assets below the minimum recharge amount usually cannot be credited automatically;

• Some recharges below the minimum amount may be unrecoverable;

• Please be sure to confirm the current minimum recharge requirement for the coin before recharging.

To avoid affecting the arrival of your funds, please ensure that your recharge amount is above the platform’s specified minimum recharge amount.
