SaviCoin OTC Trading Guide

Prerequisites

1. Users need to bind their mobile phone number in advance.

2. Complete identity verification (KYC).

3. Bind payment and receipt methods.

Step 1: Enter the Assets Page

Click on the [Funds] page, then on the Funds Account page, click [Payment Settings] to enter the settings page.

Step 2: Set Up Payment Methods

Bind the payment method (payment QR code) according to the on-page instructions.

After completing the setup, you can proceed with P2P coin buying operations.

Step 3: Enter the Buy Coins Page

Go to the [Assets] page and click [Buy Coins].

Select the deposit method

Choose [P2P Buy Coins].

Step 4: Enter the P2P Buy Coins Page

After entering the P2P buy coins page, you can view merchant information.

You can see:

• Price;

• Quantity;

• Payment methods;

• Transaction limits;

• Merchant information.

Select a suitable merchant according to your needs.

Common Issue Tips

If the system prompts "Does not meet advertisement requirements," it may be due to the following reasons:

1. Identity verification not completed

Please complete identity verification (KYC) before attempting the operation.

2. Payment method not bound

Please go to the [Settings] page to bind a payment method (payment QR code) before proceeding.

Step 5: Confirm Order Information

After placing the order, please carefully verify the order information, including:

• Payment amount
• Purchase quantity (USDT)
• Unit price
• Payment method
• Recipient information

Please strictly follow the merchant's payment information displayed on the order page to make the transfer.

Do not make payments to accounts other than those on the order, and do not alter the payment amount.

Make the payment only after confirming everything is correct.

Please complete the payment within the order’s specified time (30 minutes). After successful payment, click the [Payment Completed, Notify Seller] button at the bottom of the page to notify the merchant for payment confirmation.

If you have any questions during the payment process, you can click the [Chat] button at the top right of the order page to communicate with the merchant.

Step 6: Wait for the Merchant to Release Coins

After the merchant confirms receipt of payment, they will release the coins to you.

The order status will change to [Completed].

You can go to [Orders] - [Completed] to view the transaction record. The purchased USDT will be automatically credited to your Funds Account.

Step 1: Enter the Sell Page

After entering the P2P Sell Coins page, view and filter suitable merchants.

Before placing an order, carefully confirm the following information:

• Selling price
• Payment methods
• Transaction limits
• Merchant reputation
• Merchant completion rate and order quantity

After confirming, select a suitable merchant and click [Sell].

Step 2: Create a Sell Order

On the sell page:

• Select payment method;
• Enter the amount of USDT you want to sell;
• Confirm the expected payment amount;
• Click [Confirm] to create the order.

After the order is created successfully, please wait patiently for the buyer to complete payment according to the order information.

Please be sure that you have actually received the payment before proceeding to the next step.

After confirming the payment has been received and the amount is correct, click [Confirm Release].

The system will automatically release the corresponding amount of USDT to the buyer, and the order will be completed.
