SaviCoin On-Chain Withdrawal Tutorial

Prerequisites before the first withdrawal:

• Google Authenticator
• Mobile SMS verification code
• Email verification code

Complete any 2 out of the 3 security verifications above according to the security methods bound to your account.

If you have not previously bound any security verification methods, after completing the initial security verification binding, a 24-hour withdrawal security protection period will be triggered. During this protection period, withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable. Withdrawals can be made normally after the protection period ends.

Step 1: Enter the Withdrawal Page

Open the SaviCoin App, tap [Assets] at the bottom, then tap [Withdraw].

Step 2: Select the Withdrawal Cryptocurrency

Select the digital asset you want to withdraw, for example:

• USDT

Step 3: Fill in Withdrawal Information

Enter the recipient address and select the corresponding withdrawal network.

For example, USDT can be selected as:

• USDT-TRC20
• USDT-ERC20
• USDT-BEP20

Please make sure the withdrawal network exactly matches the network supported by the receiving platform; otherwise, assets may be unrecoverable.

Step 4: Enter Withdrawal Amount

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

The system will automatically display:

• Actual amount to be received
• Withdrawal fee
• Minimum withdrawal amount
• Number of block confirmations

Please confirm all information is correct.

Step 5: Confirm and Submit

Double-check the following information:

• Withdrawal address
• Withdrawal network
• Withdrawal amount

After confirming everything is correct, click [Confirm Withdrawal] to submit your request.

• Please ensure the recipient address and network are accurate before withdrawing.
• After submitting the withdrawal request, you need to wait for blockchain network confirmation; the arrival time depends on the actual speed of the blockchain network.

Step 7: Wait for Review and Arrival

• After submitting the withdrawal request, the platform will conduct a risk control review. Once approved, the system will initiate an on-chain transfer, and the assets will arrive after blockchain network confirmation is completed.

   

• How to Check Withdrawal Records

• Go to [Assets] → [Fund Records] → [Withdrawal Records] to view:
• Withdrawal review status
• Transaction hash (TXID)
• Withdrawal time
• Withdrawal amount

• Arrival status

  

• Withdrawal Precautions

• 1. Carefully verify the recipient address

• Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Please ensure the recipient address is entered correctly. An incorrect address may result in permanent loss of assets.

• 2. Confirm the withdrawal network matches

• The network supported by the receiving platform must be consistent with the network selected during withdrawal; otherwise, assets may not arrive.

• 3. Note the minimum withdrawal amount

• Withdrawal requests below the platform's minimum withdrawal amount cannot be submitted. Please refer to the minimum withdrawal amount displayed on the page.

• 4. Reserve withdrawal fees

• The system will charge the corresponding on-chain fee during withdrawal. Please ensure your account balance is sufficient to cover both the withdrawal amount and the fee.

• 5. Confirm the receiving platform supports the cryptocurrency

• Before withdrawing, please confirm the receiving platform supports the respective cryptocurrency and network to avoid assets not arriving due to unsupported platforms.

• 6. Keep your account information secure

• Do not disclose your login password, fund password, Google Authenticator code, mobile verification code, or email verification code to anyone. Platform staff will never ask for this information under any circumstances.

• Check Arrival Status

• After a successful withdrawal, you can check the on-chain transfer progress using the TXID (transaction hash) on the corresponding blockchain explorer.

• UID account
• Screenshot of the withdrawal record
• TXID (transaction hash)
• Withdrawal cryptocurrency and amount
• Withdrawal time
